At Tiny Trendsetters, we curate a considered selection of independent children’s brands, bringing them together in one elevated marketplace. Each order is handled with care, both by us and our brand partners, to ensure a seamless and thoughtful experience.
Our Marketplace Approach
Tiny Trendsetters operates as a curated marketplace, partnering with a selection of independent brands across the UK.
As a result:
• Orders are fulfilled directly by each brand
• Items may be shipped from different locations
• Your order may arrive in multiple deliveries
This allows us to offer a unique and diverse selection, while supporting emerging and established designers alike.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–7 business days, unless otherwise specified.
Processing times may vary depending on the individual brands.
SHIPPING POLICY:
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
• UK: 2–5 business days
• Europe: 3–7 business days
• International: 5–12 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the brand, shipping origin, and external factors.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
• Delivery location
• Item size and weight
• Individual brand shipping rates
A service fee of £3.95 is applied at checkout for all orders, covering platform handling and coordination across multiple vendors. From time to time, we may offer free shipping above a certain threshold, please check our website and promotional banners for current offers.
Shipping Partners
Our brand partners use selected courier services, which may vary depending on the brand and delivery location. All shipments are coordinated through our system to ensure full visibility, supported by our logistics and tracking infrastructure.
You will receive regular updates on your order status via email, and you can also track your order at any time through the Shop app.

This allows you to access live updates and real-time delivery tracking for your order.
RETURN POLICY:
We understand that returns are part of the shopping journey. Our returns process is designed to be simple, transparent, and reassuring, supported by our returns platform.
We reserve the right to monitor return activity and to limit or refuse free returns where behaviour is excessive or unreasonable.
While Tiny Trendsetters coordinates the transaction and customer experience, each brand remains responsible for fulfilment, product quality and accuracy.
Return Window
Returns must be registered within 14 days of delivery via our return portal. Once approved, items must be sent back within 14 days of the return being authorised.
How to Return
Tiny Trendsetters offers complimentary returns, with a simple and seamless process through our dedicated platform.
To initiate your return, please visit:

• Enter your order number and the email address used at checkout
• Select the item(s) you wish to return and provide a reason
• If your order includes multiple brands, please select the relevant vendor for each item
Once submitted, the system will identify your order and allow you to generate a return shipping label for each brand.
Please:
• Attach the label securely to your parcel
• Drop off your return at your nearest Royal Mail drop-off point
All returns are handled via Royal Mail, ensuring a consistent and convenient experience, even for multi-vendor orders.
Return Conditions
To maintain our standards, returned items must be:
• Unworn, unused, and in perfect condition
• With all original tags and labels attached
• In the original packaging, where possible
The following items are non-returnable:
• Personalised items
• Hygiene-sensitive products
• Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected:
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and approving the returned item.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order while returning the original item.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery at customers@thetinytrendsetters.com
Please include:
• Your order number
• Images of the item
We will prioritise resolving this as quickly as possible.
